FUN INNOVATIVE FUNCTIONAL
This Masterclass will be covering all the major muscle groups using mainly bodyweight.
It’s a beginner L1/2 strengthenig workout for seniors and comprises the minimum that you should be doing 2-3 times a week. Young’uns are very welcome if looking for a workout that’s a bit slower and easier than main stream classes.
Apart from bringing yourself, also bring along a resistance band, 1m Loop Band or Dumbbells if you have any.
You will also need a mat, water and a smile.
