This workshop isn’t about fixing one thing in isolation. It’s about understanding how these pillars work together — and where small, intentional changes can have the biggest impact.

Together, these four pillars provide a practical, realistic framework for redefining ageing — with clarity, strength, and personal responsibility at the centre.

BODY

We explore what your body actually needs now to stay strong, mobile, and capable — beyond just “keeping active.” This includes the role of strength, movement, recovery, and why walking alone isn’t enough to protect your independence.

OUTLOOK

Many of the limits we experience as we age aren’t physical — they’re belief-based. We look at how mindset, expectations, and outdated narratives about ageing quietly shape your choices, confidence, and behaviour.

LIFESTYLE

Sleep, stress, and social connection are often underestimated — yet they are powerful drivers of health, resilience, and energy. In the workshop, we examine where modern life may be undermining you and what realistic adjustments make the biggest difference.

DIET

Nutrition isn’t about perfection or restriction. It’s about understanding how food supports strength, energy, metabolic health, and long-term resilience. We cut through confusion and focus on what actually matters — particularly for women in midlife and beyond.

Why Listen to Me?

I’m a Functional Ageing and Strength Training specialist who has spent over two decades helping women over 60 stay strong, independent, and confident in their bodies.

My work sits at the intersection of movement, mindset, lifestyle, and real-world resilience — not theory, not trends, and not “just keep walking and hope for the best.”

I’ve lived the consequences of poor health advice, managed serious cardiac disease, and rebuilt my strength after open-heart surgery. That experience changed everything. It sharpened my focus on what actually matters if we want to remain capable, active, and in control as we age.

The B.O.L.D. Blueprint isn’t abstract philosophy. It’s the framework I use every day with my clients to help them:

  • move better

  • think differently about ageing

  • take responsibility for their health

  • and build strength that supports real life
