
FUNCTIONAL PILATES
Functional Pilates teaches exercises which will benefit you in your everyday life, enabling you to get and maintain mobility, flexibility and a minimum level of strength.
I offer Pilates classes for beginners, improvers and intermediate. Classes have a maximum of 6 persons to ensure correct modifications can be given to each participant if required and maximum interaction between participant and teacher allows for effective and safe sessions where you will achieve the best results.
Includes standing, chair and some floorwork
Equpment: Pilates mat, 2m flexband, yoga strap, soft balls, toning balls, hog, chair, wall and optional door anchor/bands
STRONG SENIORS™
Strength Training is a must for everone but particularly as you get older. Strong muscles not only ensure strong bones but also the ability to continue doing your daily activities but also things you love like playing with your grandchildren, playing golf and just generally have a good quality

STEP CARDIO
This is a low impact cardio (aerobic) class to popular music using a 4″ or 6″ Reebok Step.
Step classes originated in the 1980’s and are still very popular. Intensity is adjusted by music speed, step height and choreography.
This 50+ class uses slightly slower music than the norm, easier choreography (exercises) and starts with a lower step.
Includes Warm Up, Cardio, Cool Down and Stretching
NORDIC WALKING
Nordic Walking is an enhancement of normal walking special poles
Nordic walking can be modified to suit any age or ability. It can be used for stability and balance, Cardio and weight loss.
You are required to attend a course first (4 x 1 hour Learn to Nordic Walk Course or a 2 x 2 hr Power of Poles) to ensure that you use the poles safely, appropriately and effectively
