FUNCTIONAL PILATES

Pilates based exercises focusing on mobility, balance and strength, designed to improve quality of life for older adults. Uses a variety of small equipment.

STUDIO EQUIPMENT 

A small group intermediate class taught in-studio face to face.  Equipment used includes Reformer, Stability Chair, Tower, Anchor Points with Resistance Bands, etc.  (previous reformer experience required).  Maximum 4 people.

STRONG

A strength training class to strengthen muscles, joints and bones.  A must-do class for all women over 50+.  Uses a variety of equipment. This is a results focused class teaching effective and safe technique.  Suitable for most  people.
