A Beginner class for people who have completed a 6-week beginner course
FUNCTIONAL PILATES L1/2 (online)
Pilates-based exercises focusing on mobility, balance and strength, designed to improve quality of life for older adults. Uses a variety of small equipment (loops, flexbands, small balls 8″, 1″ head pad, 2″ block, Hog, 1-2kg toning balls/dumbbells.
A small group intermediate class taught in-studio face to face. Equipment used includes Reformer, Stability Chair, Tower, Anchor Points with Resistance Bands, etc. (previous reformer experience required). Maximum 4 people.
A strength training class to strengthen muscles, joints and bones. A must-do class for all women over 50+. Uses a variety of equipment. This is a results focused class teaching effective and safe technique. Suitable for most people.
Chair based seated and supported class for active seniors. Warm Up, Mobilisation, Cardio, Strength and Stretch
Low Impact Interval Training. 2 circuits of 1 min cardio/strength with 30 secs rest in between (includes warm up and cool down stretch
An easy low impact cardio workout using 4″/6″ step (optional). Simple choreography – work at your own level.
An easy to follow simple cardio workout using a variety of ‘walk-type’ steps. Achieve 3,000 steps in one class
Wellbeing: Gentle to moderate social walk from or around Sale Water Park.
Workout: Moderate paced walk from various locations withing a 20 min drive from Sale Water Park

STRETCH RELEASE RELAX
A slow gentle class with quiet music. Uses foam rollers, prickly balls and soft balls. Rounded off with relaxation with a short meditation.
