FUNCTIONAL PILATES with Anita

Pilates based exercises focusing on mobility, balance and strength, designed to improve quality of life for older adults. Uses a variety of small equipment.

STUDIO EQUIPMENT with Anita

A small group intermediate class taught in-studio face to face.  Equipment used includes Reformer, Stability Chair, Tower, Anchor Points with Resistance Bands, etc.  (previous reformer experience required).  Maximum 4 people.

PILATES with Liz

A one hour Beginners’ level class using small equipment, suitable for people with spinal conditions.

POWER PILATES with Marion

A 45 minute mixed ability Pilates fitness session building on the Pilates principals and including some more challenging exercises and sequences

PILATES FLOW with Marion

An hour mixed ability class incorporating strength stretch and relaxation exercises and sequences leaving you feeling stronger and confident.

RECYCLED TEENAGERS with Sam

Recycled Teenagers is a low impact aerobics class. It includes a 10 minute warm-up, 20 mins of low impact choreography which will also challenge your brain. This is followed by some gentle toning exercises with resistance bands or dumbbells followed by some stretches.
