What is included?

Your Fitness Assessment
We will look at key markers that matter as we get older, including:
- Cardio fitness
- Grip strength
- Sit-to-stand strength
- Functional power
- Body composition
- Walking ability
- Confidence and independence in daily movement
You will leave with a clearer picture of your current fitness, where your strengths are, and what needs attention.

Your Walking Fitness Plan
Walking is brilliant.
But walking alone is not always enough.
In this challenge, we use walking more intelligently — combining technique, progression and support to help you improve your fitness safely.
Depending on your level, you can choose either:
- Learn to Nordic Walk
or - Power of Poles Workshop
You will also be invited to join guided walking sessions through July.
