How is your new year, new decade, starting off for you?

One of my main business goals is to deliver more quality classes to more people – especially to those of you who are over 60.ย ย Whilst on a personal level I want to take part in Triathlons again – something I havenโ€™t done since I broke my leg in 2016!

Whatever your goals, itโ€™s important that you have a positive growth mindset in order to achieve them.

New Classes for 2020

In my quest to help you age successfully, I am introducing a new class in 2020.ย ย This class will be a 50+ HIIT 45 minute class.ย ย HIIT stands forย โ€˜high intensity interval trainingโ€™.ย ย ย Yes, I know it sounds scary – and most of the HIIT sessions in the leisure centres and gyms are!ย ย However, I will be adapting the principles of HIIT i.e. 30-60 seconds activity with 30-60 seconds rest, for people over 50 who need to focus more on functional fitness.

HIIT classes feature as the 2ndย most popular fitness trend for 2019/20 (wearable technology being the first).ย ย Why?ย ย Because it works!

I will be running this class throughout the month of January at the discounted price of ยฃ5 drop-in charge.ย ย Places are limited to 6 so make sure that you book before coming.

The Multiple Class Payment Plan has sold out but to encourage and motivate you to attend a variety of classes every week I have brought out 2 new monthly memberships:

2 classes a week for ยฃ59/month
3 classes a week for ยฃ79/month ย 

These will be on limited offer so give it a go.ย ย You can always revert back to your once a week class if you find 2 or 3 to be too much for you.ย ย But we need to be pushing ourselves both mentally and physically if we want to age successfully and live life to the full, disease, injury and pain free.
