How is your new year, new decade, starting off for you?

Well now it’s time to set some new goals. Goals that are challenging but achievable with a time frame attached to them.
One of my main business goals is to deliver more quality classes to more people – especially to those of you who are over 60. Whilst on a personal level I want to take part in Triathlons again – something I haven’t done since I broke my leg in 2016!
Whatever your goals, it’s important that you have a positive growth mindset in order to achieve them.

New Classes for 2020
In my quest to help you age successfully, I am introducing a new class in 2020. This class will be a 50+ HIIT 45 minute class. HIIT stands for ‘high intensity interval training’. Yes, I know it sounds scary – and most of the HIIT sessions in the leisure centres and gyms are! However, I will be adapting the principles of HIIT i.e. 30-60 seconds activity with 30-60 seconds rest, for people over 50 who need to focus more on functional fitness.
HIIT classes feature as the 2nd most popular fitness trend for 2019/20 (wearable technology being the first). Why? Because it works!

I will be running this class throughout the month of January at the discounted price of £5 drop-in charge. Places are limited to 6 so make sure that you book before coming.

The Multiple Class Payment Plan has sold out but to encourage and motivate you to attend a variety of classes every week I have brought out 2 new monthly memberships:
2 classes a week for £59/month
3 classes a week for £79/month
These will be on limited offer so give it a go. You can always revert back to your once a week class if you find 2 or 3 to be too much for you. But we need to be pushing ourselves both mentally and physically if we want to age successfully and live life to the full, disease, injury and pain free.
