The New Dawn Project
Overview
This combines everything I do in one package, or you can buy parts of it to suit your needs.
All the exercise classes run continuously. They can be purchased in packs of 6 weeks, as an ongoing monthly Membership or included in the full New Dawn Project programme which is broken down into three 6-week blocks.
Block 1
In Block 1 the Workshop will be cover all things diet and nutrition as recommend for the healthy over 60’s and those suffering from a lifestyle disease e.g. diabetes, heart disease, cancer, etc.
Block 2
In Block 2 we will look at other Lifestyle behaviours which are relevant to the 60 plus group. These include Mindset, Purpose, Stress, Sleep and Social Connection.
Block 3
In block 3 I’m bringing you my brand new programme for 2023 called ‘Life Pie’.
Through Life Pie I’ll help you to delve deeper into the different elements of your life.
Your Pie is integral to ageing successfully and life fulfilment and coaching sessions will enable you to personalise the New Dawn Project Life Pie to your own life.

SPINECARE PILATES
Mobilise your spine strengthen your core to keep your back strong, flexible and protected.
FUNCTIONAL PILATES
Stay mobile to be able to play with your grandkids on the floor – and get up again!
Stay flexible to access places you never dreamed you would.
SENIOR STRENGTH
Strong muscles keep you mobile and independent
Strong muscles allow you to carry your shopping, climb stairs with ease and prevent fat gain.
Strong muscles help to maintain strong bones and prevent or manage Osteoporosis

Finding Balance & Fulfilment
Exercise is said to be the magic pill, however it’s so easy to get focused on just one part of your life to the detriment of other parts. The full New Dawn Project focuses on all elements of successful ageing and in the final block of workshops you will learn how to use the Life Pie to bring balance to your life and will help you to achieve those things that have always seemed elusive or just out of reach.
