I hope you all had a lovely Easter – made the most of the sunny weather, stayed active a lot and enjoyed Easter eggs just a little.
Are you getting excited about easing out of Lockdown? Getting a haircut, going shopping, meeting more friends and lots more to come.
I had to pop into Apple in the Arndale Centre last Thursday and so many big bright shops displaying lots of lovely colourful Spring clothing….that were closed! I’m dreading when they re-open. Are you needing some retail therapy too?

Class Changes
Friday Pilates starts 15 mins later at 10.30am (same as for Tuesday).
You may notice that the Stretch Release Relax class that I’ve been doing on Fridays at 4pm is not there. Sorry, but it’s no longer a free class but you do get 50% discount during April. Please put it in the Whats App group if you would like me to continue it. I will be needing a minimum of 4 persons to run the class so let me know if you’re interested.
Class Recordings
The Zoom Gallery View recordings will be available to attendees of that class for 24 hours giving you the opportunity to review it.
If you’d like longer access join my Membership Site where you have access 24/7. These recordings are Speaker View and edited and so very friendly to use for extra workouts and practice. Please note that specialist classes like Boutique Group Training and STRONG will need the appropriate membership to view.

Membership Freezing
If you are going away for 1-3 weeks you are still able to do catchups within the same month if there is availability. Use COMP100
Freezing is available for minimum 1 month with a holding fee of 25% of your Payment Plan. This will enable you to keep your place in the classes and at your current rate. You’ll also get access to the Membership Site if you have this Payment Plan.
NEW CLASSES
Outdoor Baby Boomer Bootcamp/Pilates. I’m in the process of applying for permission to use parks to run outdoor classes. I’m planning to use Walkden Gardens just down the road from the studio.
Urban Poling/Nordic Walking. Induction Sessions and Walks will be starting soon. Let me know if you’re interested by filling in the form HERE.
INSTUDIO CLASSES
As per Government guidelines, I will not be able to hold face2face classes before end of May.
When my studio does open, I will be continuing with Online Classes
NEW PROGRAMME
This week I’m running a ‘Spring into Fitness 60+’ challenge to promote my classes to new people. If you know of anyone who would benefit from my classes or who would be interested then please pass on the details:
15 minute sessions broadcast LIVE on the Facebook page “Sale Pilates” Mon 5th – Fri 9th April. This will give interested people access to a FREE private community group with longer, more diverse classes from 12th April.
GOAL SETTING

Personal weekly targets: 1-2 Pilates classes, 150 mins moderate Aerobic Activity e.g. Step Aerobics, Low Impact Aerobics, Urban Poling, fitness walking, cycling and Strength Training 2 times
