PILATES BEGINNERS MATWORK  COURSES

6 WEEKS

 

This course is taught in a Small Group maximum 6 persons to make sure all participants are doing the exercises safely and correctly;  to allow for modifications to be made as and when required;  to deliver the best results possible.

The classical Pilates exercises have been updated and modified to provide functional strength, mobility and stretching exercises relevant for older adults in their every day life, hobbies and personal requirments to live their best life.

Participants are asked to bring their own mats.  These should be Pilates mats minimum 1 cm thick and not thin Yoga mats.  Mats can be hired from the studio for £20.  Mini-balls and bands are provided FREE to all participants.
