6-WEEK PILATES BEGINNERS COURSE
(Semi Private – max 4)
Prepare to make the most of the Winter ahead.
Keep your immune system strong to be able to fight off the Winter bugs.
Learn exercises to keep you mobile, strong and flexible .
This is a 6-week Semi-Private course which will deliver results equivalent to Personal Training but at a more affordable price and offers a social element.
Weekly instudio sessions will be supported by videos and course notes:
Week 1: An introduction to Pilates
Week 2: An introduction to the Pilates 5 Basic Principles
Week 3: Learn what is the Core and how to strengthen it.
Week 4: Learn how to keep your spine healthy and pain free.
Week 5: Learn how Pilates can reduce your risk of falling, help prevent Osteoporosis and keep you independent into later life.
Week 6: A review of Weeks 1-5
- By attending a beginner course you’ll learn about good movement patterns which are needed in in your every day life and activity to keep you strong and to reduce the risk of joint injuries.

- + many more benefits which you’ll experience after just a couple of sessions
Whilst Covid restrictions have been listed, at Sale Pilates I still adheres social distancing and regular cleaning and sanatising of the studio and equipment used.
Participants are recommended to bring their own mats and basic equipment.

SEMI PRIVATE PILATES MATWORK
(max 4 persons)
This Semi-Private class will deliver results equivalent to Personal Training but at a more affordable price and offers a social element.
Sale Pilates adheres to the COVID-19 guidelines of 1.5m social distancing and regular cleaning and sanatising with anti-viral products.
Participants are asked to bring their own mats. These should be Pilates mats minimum 1 cm thick and not thin Yoga mats.
PILATES BEGINNERS COURSE
This 6-Day Pilates Beginners course is a great place to start if you have not tried Pilates before and want to get fitter, more mobile, improve your posture and generally feel better and look better.
This course will give you access to my online 45 min Pilates Beginner Class at 10am Wednesdays or 10am Fridays in-studio class
