POLICIES

 

  1. As a courtesy to the studio and other clients please remove your shoes upon entering the studio, refrain from wearing strong perfumes and lotions and keep voices low and chatter to a minimum so as not to disrupt an appointment or class in session.
  2. Class packages are non-refundable
  3. If you have to cancel your class reservation, please do so online at least 12 hours before the start of the session otherwise you are charged as a “late cancel.” If you reserve space in a class and don’t attend, you will be charged as a “no show.
  4. If your instructor is ill and no substitute can cover the class, the session will be cancelled. Clients will be alerted via e-mail and will not be charged
  5. Severe weather class cancellations will be posted online, please check our website. If you have a private appointment, your instructor will e-mail you
  6. Please arrive on time for class. Clients will not be permitted to join a group class after 10 minutes past the hour to prevent possible injuries
  7. Group classes and Reformer sessions, with an enrollment of less than 2 students will be reduced to 40 minutes
  8. We operate a waiting list for all of our classes; if somebody cancels the person at the top of the waiting list will automatically be put in the class. An email will be sent to you informing you. Please note that if you are put into the class from the waiting list our cancellation policy still applies
  9. Personal belongings are brought onto the premises at the your own risk and Sale Pilates does not accept liability for any loss or damage to such items.
  10. Sale Pilates accepts no liability for loss or damage to property of persons or for injury to persons on the premises or outside Sale Pilates except insofar as such loss, damage or injury is by law incapable of exclusion.
