Happy Summer everyone! 🌦️
Finally, time to catch up with you all. Whilst I know a lot of you are busy with your children or grandchildren on school holidays, for me it is a quieter time as I will not be going on holiday due to campsites being busy at this time of year. Those of you who know me, my favourite ‘get-away’ is taking off on my motorbike, fully loaded with camping, hiking and swimming gear.
However, I hope that there will be some of you staying around as well to take advantage of my full schedule for August. If you’re off on your hols then check out my September timetable and get yourselves signed up to your favourite class to ensure a place upon your return.
AUGUST What’s On 👯
3rd New evening Pilates class: starting this week I have a basic L1 Pilates starting 7-8pm on Thursdays. Normally I run my business on memberships, however if you’d like to drop in during August to give it a try then you’ll be welcome. But do book on first.

Why Nordic Walking?
Nordic Walking is one of the best ways to help you to get in your 150 mins/week of cardio. It’s also the second best way to burn calories (after strength training) helping you to lose some of those pounds put on during your Summer hols. It’s also great to help take weight off any hip/knee issues and for balance and stability. The list goes on! You MUST sign up for a Taster to find out just how amazing it can be for everyone.
Summer is the perfect time to learn so that you’re ready to pick up your poles and coming walking with us as the days get shorter and colder. No faffing around – just sign up to walks – grab your poles – and lets do it!
Every person I introduce to Nordic Walking loves it. They buy their own poles and walk on their own and/or join our regular Wellbeing and Fitness Nordic Walks.
Small Group Training
All my group classes are a maximum of 6 persons (in studio and online) to create the best possible experience for participants and to ensure a safe, effective and fun class with individual modifications where needed.
I can’t wait to get back into full swing after a slow start to 2023. It seemed to take for ages to recover from my open heart surgery in January 2022. But now I’m back on it…..watch this space…..I’m definitely making up for lost time 😃
