These classes will help you to leave behind the stress and anxiety of the week, allow you to cruise through the weekend with joy, love and happiness.
Using prickly balls, foam rollers and soft balls, the Trigger Point Pilates method will banish aches and pains, iron out the knots in your muscles and allow your mind and body to be at one.
