WHAT IS URBAN POLING?

Urban Poling comes under the umbrella of Nordic Walking.

Poles can enhance the walking of everyone whether its to assist in rehabbing a joint replacement, getting fitter, wanting to go faster to keep up with your faster colleagues or to have fun, make new friends and get out into nature.

In order to get the most out of the poles, its important to join an introductory session.  These last 90 minutes and include the use of poles.

After your introductory session you will be able to join a regular Urban Poling Walking Group.  Groups vary from wellness to fitness walking and usually take place in scenic countryside and on pathways.
