9 – 3 Nordic Walk (Grasmere – Blind Tarn and Silver How – Grasmere 7 mi/1,394 ft)*
4-5 Pilates Class – Foam Rollers

7-8 Workshop: ย “The Power of Purpose”

Monday 22nd April
10-12 Nordic Walk (Rydal – Ambleside – High to Low Sweden Bridge – 5mi/600ft)
12 noon Check Out
