I’m excited to let you know that the Fitness Age 6-Week Programme is now underway!
If you’ve been thinking, “I really need to get back into exercise,” this could be the perfect place to start.

This programme has been designed especially for women aged 60+ who want to improve their fitness, enjoy walking more, and stay strong, mobile and independent for years to come.
Over six weeks you’ll:
- Discover your current Fitness Age with a simple assessment.
- Improve your walking fitness and stamina.
- Learn how to walk more efficiently with Nordic Walking.
Enjoy supportive group walks. Track your progress and see how much you’ve improved by the end of the programme.
The aim isn’t simply to exercise for six weeks—it’s to help you build habits that make everyday life easier and more enjoyable.

Although the programme officially started on 6 July, new participants are welcome to join during the first two weeks, so there’s still plenty of time to get involved.
